| Vincent Doan was wrongly convicted in Clinton County Ohio in 1997 of the kidnapping and murder of Clarissa Ann Culberson (aka Carrie) of Blanchester Ohio, Carrie and her red honda crx vanished on the night of August 28th 1996... To this day Carrie and her car are still missing. Vincent was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a crime he did not commit, the trial was based on hearsay evidence. There was no DNA found, as testified to, by forensic scientist...Vincent has proclaimed his Innocence since the day of Carrie's disappearance and we believe him. |

| Missing since August 1996. Carrie has two tatoo's, one is a sun on her right inner calf, the other is a daisy on her right hip. She was last seen wearing cut-off jean shorts a maroon t-shirt, and a grey moeller sweatshirt. An addis blue pair of thong shoes and a gold and silver guess watch. |
